  • ii) Secondly, to provide you with our best service

PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

REGISTRATION:

The registration is open to all on first come first serve basis. After confirmation of the package, deposit the 50% amount of the Total Package Costing. The balance amount is payable seven days prior to the scheduled departure or before. Delayed payments will attract penalties

MODE OF PAYMENT:

Payment can be made by Fund Transfer (RTGS/NEFT) / Deposit should be made to the following SBI Current Bank Account.

RESPONSIBILITY:

The organizers reserve the right to change or alter the program with or without notice if found in the best interest of all concerned. The organizers also disclaim the responsibility for damages, accidents, natural disasters, change of schedule or other irregularities caused or arising from circumstances beyond their control. Disputes if any, under Guwahati Jurisdiction only.

CHANGES /AMENDMENTS:

If any changes/amendments the same must be notified to the organizer in writing. There will be a transaction fee on per delegate basis against each amendment/change as per the rules and all charges must be paid at the time such changes/amendments are made.

REFUNDS:

In case of any refunds, the same will be paid directly by “SEVEN SISTERS TOURS & TRAVELS” to you, or through whom you have forwarded your payments to us. Refunds will be affected after ducting processing cost of Rs. 5000. It would take at least 15 days to process the refunds. Claims of any type of refund must be lodged in writing within one week from the date of services, failing which the operators or its associates will not be responsible for settlement of the same.
